This Shipping Policy describes how The Caddie's Choice ships products to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
Listed Price Is Final — No Hidden Fees
When you see a price on The Caddie's Choice, that is what you pay. Period. No surprise tariffs, no customs invoices in your mailbox, no extra charges before delivery.
We ship every order on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The Caddie's Choice handles US customs clearance, pays any applicable import duties or tariffs on your behalf, and absorbs those costs into the price you already paid. Your package arrives at your door as a normal domestic delivery would — no action required from you.
This applies to every product in our catalog regardless of country of original manufacture. If a tariff is owed, we have already paid it.

Order Processing and Lead Time
Some products listed on The Caddie's Choice operate on a proxy-sourcing model: the head is held in inventory at our Japan partner shop or sourced upon order from Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, or specialist Tokyo pro shops.

Cancellation guarantee: If the head cannot be sourced after order placement (rare — occurs in less than 5% of orders), you will receive a full refund within 48 hours and a $20 USD The Caddie's Choice credit toward a future purchase.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) within 24 hours of leaving our facility. The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
International Shipping Risks
By placing an international order, you acknowledge the following risks inherent to cross-border shipping:
- Customs delays. US Customs and Border Protection may hold a package for inspection. Typical delays are 1–3 additional business days; in rare cases, up to 10 business days. The Caddie's Choice manages all communication with CBP on your behalf during these holds.
- Carrier loss or damage. While we use DHL Express International, USPS Priority Mail International, and FedEx International Priority — all reputable carriers with tracking — packages occasionally suffer damage or loss in transit. The Caddie's Choice will assist with carrier claims and, where applicable, ship a replacement (subject to inventory availability) or issue a refund.
- Re-importation restrictions. Some US states or local jurisdictions may impose additional restrictions on used sporting goods (rare). It is the customer's responsibility to confirm legality in their jurisdiction.
Restricted Destinations
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), or PO Boxes due to carrier restrictions for high-value sporting goods.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. The Caddie's Choice is not liable for delays or losses caused by inaccurate addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
Damages
The Caddie's Choice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at support@thecaddieschoice.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs documenting the damage. We will then file a claim with the shipment carrier on your behalf and, where applicable, ship a replacement or issue a refund (see our Refund Policy for details).
