This Shipping Policy describes how The Caddie's Choice ships products to customers in the United States, Australia, South Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
Listed Price Is Final — No Hidden Fees
When you see a price on The Caddie's Choice, that is what you pay. No surprise tariffs, no customs invoices in your mailbox, no extra charges before delivery.
We ship every order on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The Caddie's Choice handles customs clearance in your country, pays any applicable import duties or taxes on your behalf, and absorbs those costs into the price you already paid. Your package arrives at your door as a normal domestic delivery would — no action required from you.
This applies to every product in our catalog regardless of country of original manufacture. If a duty is owed, we have already paid it.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free to every destination we serve. No shipping charge is added at checkout.

The carrier is selected by The Caddie's Choice based on destination and package size. Every shipment is tracked.
Condition of Items
Every item we sell is pre-owned unless the listing states otherwise. Condition is graded in Japan by the retailer we source from, and that grade is carried through to the listing. Where a listing shows photographs, those photographs are of the actual item.
Order Processing and Lead Time
Most products listed on The Caddie's Choice are sourced on demand from our partner shops and marketplaces in Japan, including Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, and specialist Japanese golf retailers. Because each item is a single pre-owned piece, we confirm availability after your order is placed.

Estimated total: 7–14 business days from order to delivery.
Cancellation guarantee. If an item cannot be sourced after your order is placed, you will receive a full refund within 48 hours and a $20 USD credit toward a future purchase.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. The tracking number becomes active within 48 hours.
International Shipping Risks
By placing an international order, you acknowledge the following risks inherent to cross-border shipping:
- Customs delays. Your country's customs authority may hold a package for inspection. Typical delays are 1–3 additional business days; in rare cases, up to 10 business days. The Caddie's Choice manages all communication with customs on your behalf during these holds.
- Carrier loss or damage. Packages occasionally suffer damage or loss in transit. The Caddie's Choice will assist with carrier claims and, where applicable, ship a replacement or issue a refund.
- Address accuracy. We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please check it before ordering; we cannot redirect a package once it has left Japan.
