We exist to find that head, vouch for it, and put it back into American hands.
Our Mission
To be the most trusted curator of Japan-sourced used driver heads for North American players who care more about the head than the headcover. We're the caddie's choice — the one who knows the bag, the lie, and the head that's going to work.
Why Japan
Japan has the deepest, best-maintained used golf market in the world. A combination of cultural respect for equipment, low humidity in storage, and a Tour-Spec / US Tour Issue distribution network that bypasses American retail means there are heads in Tokyo pro shops that you cannot find in Phoenix, Atlanta, or Vancouver — at any price.
Most American players never see this market because the listings are in Japanese, the platforms are local-only, and the shops don't ship internationally. We do.
What We Do
Every week, we:
- Read the Japanese market daily. Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, eight specialist Tokyo pro shops. We know which models move and where to find them at honest prices.
- Hand-pick the heads that meet our authenticity, condition, and value standards.
- Inspect each head through our five-step protocol (authenticity / cosmetic grading / structural pass / loft & lie measurement / 12-photo dossier).
- Ship to North America with all-inclusive pricing — we handle import duties, taxes, and customs clearance (DDP). The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise fees at delivery.
We never list a head we haven't held. We never grade higher than we'd be comfortable receiving ourselves.
